GASTRONOMY

The Hartmann's restaurant is placed nearby Ortisei of Val Gardena and is a tiny welcoming place. Mrs. Barbara Prinoth proposes typical dishes like: breasaola with rocket and grana cheese, swordfish carpaccio with goat cheese among starters.

Among first courses: canederli with speck, casunziei with red turnips, garganelli with sauce of the day, gnocchi made with potatoes or pumpkins, red turnips, spinachs, etc. Among second courses: foal or bullock tagliata served with grilled vegetables, grilled cheese, veal with tuna souce.
